Welcome to the first Anarchist Bookfair of Umeå (Västerbotten county, Sweden/occupied Sápmi).

We want to invite friends and strangers from near and far to conspire, learn, network and celebrate together during a weekend full of discussions, books and zines, workshops, presentations, food and music. We strive for creating a cozy camp-like environtment were hopefully also people who are new to Anarchism feel included.

There will be sleeping places arranged for those who don’t have any personal contacts here in Umeå, please let us know. We are looking for people from near and far who want to share knowledge and experiences, to fill up our programme. We’re for example looking for anarchist, AR/ALF, environmental, Queer, indigenous, anti-border, anti-state, anti-nationalist, anti-capitalist, prison-abolition, alternative justice, feminist, diy, dit, FTP and squatting (and more…) related topics and groups who want to participate and share! We are also looking for those who already planning to join in creating the event together (for example cook the collective meals etc).
