The Red Nose Revolution is a community-driven movement that is empowered by fearlessly playing and being silly whilst living life within very serious world. By using our collective silliness to become friends with as many people as we possibly can, we can then make a change in the fact that we make a beautiful impact upon the world.
Indubitably joyous – we are still very much a revolutionary movement – while we let our guards down in silliness, the seriousness of our work should be noted. All of our continued efforts are dedicated to furthering our own and various other humanitarian efforts. All of the proceeds from the sales of our noses and other clown SWAG is, in turn, matched by Be The Change Charities – which is then distributed for global humanitarian clowning ventures with Dr. Patch Adams of the Gesundheit Institute.
Originating in 2012 – we now enter our 5th year and are hoping to continue to expand the movement. We could not do this without the collective support from our revolutionary family. Our focus is to continue raising funds to create scholarships for continue global humanitarian clown efforts. We are amazed at the amount by which we have already raised thus far – and we are empowered and destined to continue creating friendships from around the world.
I la la la Love you all!
– Steward of the Red Nose Revolution
In 2012, Humanitarian Clowns, Inc. was created by Tim Webster [Timbadim the Clown], after he attended a Caring Clown trip to Costa Rica with Dr. Patch Adams, where he witnessed first hand the positive affects humanitarian clowning has on individuals and communities.
Humanitarian Clowns are compassionate about bringing happiness to individuals living in hardship, we can be found entertaining elderly in residential homes, roaming the wards of local hospitals, supporting community events and assisting other charities to raise money.
Humanitarian Clowns are dedicated to visit a developing country once a year to provide both social clowning and humanitarian aid assistance to our hosting charity organisation. At this time Humanitarian Clowns partners up with Seb’s Projects annually in India to clown around for individuals and families in need of a bit of joy.
We welcome volunteers from around the globe to join us on our adventures.
