America Recycled - Thursday May 10th, 2018 showing at 8pm.
Casket Cinema traverses the South with an intriguing film about 2 brothers cycling across America. “America Recycled” follows the Hussin siblings in their two year odyssey from Asheville, North Carolina to the Pacific ocean. Along they way they live with modern homesteading communities, who teach them to eat roadkill, travel light and bend their philosophies and adjust their preconceptions of what America is.
This award winning film is likely to turn the Casket’s audiences wheels of understanding sideways and shake the rust off who you think is living up that dirt road.
Special guests for this Casket are TBD and will talk with Casket Cinema co-founders Mark Wojahn & Wilbur Ince after the film.
